Steph Curry's Crazy 3-Point Streak has Ended.

Before tonight's game against the Portland Trailblazers Steph Curry had made a 3-pointer in 268 games in a row, but he did not make one tonight.

To put Curry's crazy streak into perspective, he made a 3-pointer in every single game he played since November 8th, 2018. (Over 5 years ago!) This was the longest streak of a made-three in every game in NBA history.

Tonight Steph Curry missed all 8 of his 3-point attempts and only made 2 out of his 12 total shot attempts. Part of this could be because Draymond Green was just suspended last game and he is pretty good at setting screens to help get Curry open shots. Luckily, the Warriors were still able to defeat the Trailblazers 118-114 thanks to strong performances by Klay Thompson and Andrew Wiggins.

Curry will now have to start a new streak on Tuesday when the Warriors play the Boston Celtics. Realistically, by the time he gets a streak as long as this last one, he will probably be getting pretty close to retirement.

Steph Curry is still the greatest shooter of all time, and one game without a 3 doesn't change that. This season Curry still leads the league in total 3-pointers made, while having missed 2 games due to injury. He is also still shooting above 41% from 3 this season.
