Here are some of the big things that happened today in free agency:
Trades and New Signings:
1. Obi Toppin Traded to the Pacers
The New York Knicks are finalizing a trade to send Obi Toppin to the Pacers for two future second round draft picks.
Toppin was not satisfied with his limited role on the Knicks so this would give him the opportunity for a bigger role on another team.
The Knicks just recently acquired Obi's brother, Jacob Toppin, but unfortunately now they won't have the chance to play together.

2. Dillon Brooks Signs with the Rockets
Dillon Brooks and the Houston Rockets have agreed on a 4-year, $80M deal. Last season, with the Memphis Grizzlies, he averaged 14.3 Points, 3.3 Rebounds, and 2.6 Assist.

4. Max Strus Traded to the Cavaliers
Max Strus has agreed to a 4-year, $63M deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
In the 3-team deal, the Heat got a 2nd round pick and the Spurs got Cedi Osman, Lamar Stevens and a 2nd round pick.
Last season for the Miami Heat, Max Strus averaged 11.5 Points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.1 Assists.
