Damian Lillard has returned to the Portland Trail Blazers on a 3-year, $42 million deal!

He played his whole career for the Blazers before signing with the Bucks in 2023.

In his 11 seasons with the Blazers, Lillard became the team’s all-time leading scorer, a 7-time All-NBA player, and the face of the franchise. He hit game-winners, scored 71 points in a single game, and led Portland to eight playoff runs, including a trip to the Western Conference Finals.

After a solid but injury-filled 2 years in Milwaukee before being waived, Dame has decided to come back home.

For Blazers fans, this isn’t just another offseason signing, it’s the return of their greatest player ever.

He will likely not play next season, using the time to heal his torn achilles, and he wanted to be close to his family who still live in Portland. He also did not recieve very good offers from contending teams.

Also Bradley Beal is joining the Los Angeles Clippers. After a $96 million buyout with the Suns, He signed a two-year, $11 million deal with the Clippers.

Bradley Beal was part of what was supposed to be a “super team” in Phoenix with Kevin Durant and Devin Booker. They were expected to be one of the best teams in the league, but things didn’t work out as well as they expected.

Now after an underwhelming time in Phoenix, Beal gets a fresh start in Los Angeles, teaming up with other star players in Kawhi Leonard and James Harden.
