The 2026 NBA Playoffs are here!

After a long regular season of teams competing to make the playoffs, that time has finally arrived!

The playoffs begin today! Here are the first-round matchups, which begin this weekend:

Saturday, April 18th:

Raptors vs. Cavaliers @ 1:00 PM

Timberwolves vs. Nuggets @ 3:30 PM

• Two amazing players, Nikola Jokic and Anthony Edwards face off.

Hawks vs. Knicks @ 6:00 PM

• While New York won the regular season series against Atlanta 2-1, the two victories were three-point games, and the loss was by 12, so this should be a competitive and exciting matchup.

Rockets vs. Lakers @ 8:30 PM

• Two of the all-time greats, LeBron James and Kevin Durant face off. Should be very fun to watch.

Sunday, April 19th:

76ers vs. Celtics @ 1:00 PM

• Tyrese Maxey and Paul George vs. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Should be a fun matchup.

Suns vs. Thunder @ 3:30 PM

• Shai Gilgeuous-Alexander and the defending champs vs. Devin Booker and the Suns

Magic vs. Pistons @ 6:30 PM

Trail Blazers vs. Spurs @ 9:00 PM

• Victor Wembanyama's first career playoff appearance

The other 14 teams not listed above did not make the playoffs.
